hi glad you are feeling better dont know how roy talked me in to the quad bike but have decided as i am 50 in october if i dont do it now i never will but i think i will double check the insurance lol !! ;D ;D

well we are staying at kapitanios but dont think we will need a rope and hiking boots but booked for may at tsaros so may need  oxygen to get up that hill lol!!!
