Registration advice required for a friend in OZ

Can anybody help on this. Unfortunately I can't get into a registration screen. Also registered too long ago to remember. Please read this from "Facebook."
Hi to all San Stef "Forum" folks! Don,Sandra, Jules, Roy, Stephen, Wendy,Tony! Help! Am trying to register on forum, but can't figure out where to type in the distorted alphabet letters before it lets me proceed! Have Name, password, verified password, etc, then WHAT? Where do I type these twisted letters?! Yikes! See you all in SS soon. Cheers Shane(Juice Bar)
