Hmm would really love too and I'm sure others would as well. I guess we're like many others with a mortgage to pay and/or family ties that would make it very difficult. It is a lovely dream and I'd certainly like to give it a try in a few years time, even if its just renting for 12 months to sample life over a year, before and after the tourist season.

Maybe we should try and get a few people together and form a company, or some kind of formal arrangement, and go shares-is?  2, 3 or 4 months a year split between co-owners might work, although you'd need to trust your co-owners. Maybe we could even scrape enough together to take over the big yellow hotel and have it as a forum members retreat?

Well we can dream....where's that lottery ticket gone....
