Welcome to San Stefanos (NW Corfu) > San Stefanos news and views
Any views appreciated!!
A.S:
Hi,
We are newbies to San Stefanos but hoping to book this weekend as we like the area when visiting a few years ago for lunch! After looking through many websites/holidays/review sites we have realised our budget in August (first week hopefully) can stretch to the following; Olga, Eleni, Barras or Little Prince apartments. Any views on these to help the decision???? I know where I think!! All sound good but it is so hard to chose from pictures and reviews are so mixed!
We love meeting new people, lazing by the pool/beach in the day, sightseeing a few days and eating and drinking all nights. We stayed at The Waves (near Sidari) a few years back and loved it so much; relaxation and sunsets followed by lovely food and a few cheeky drinks in Sidari after! We are simplistic people who like the evenings to socialise but do not want anything as busy as Sidari itself!
Any suggestion about where to stay or info on good location etc would be great. Thanks :)
Richard/Jackie/Nathan:
I have stayed at the Barras many times in the past and would happily recommend it to anyone.

That is great, thank you!!! Fingers crossed on availability. Cannot wait to visit!

Typing this in Little Prince on our fourth stay. Can't go wrong!
There's a very nice description at http://www.thelittleprince.gr

We would recommend the Barras or Little Prince, both are really good, and better located.
Barras Apartments are older well fitted out and very spacious, very comfortable.
Little Prince more modern and equally comfortable.
Both families who run the venues are really nice and can't do enough for you.
I doubt you will get any bad reviews on either.
The choice is yours - if you pushed me - and the price is not an issue - Little Prince wins by a very short head.
I would stay in either and the price would only dictate if a big margin!
