The Nafsika

Hi All.  Staying at my favourite the Nafsika this summer for the first time since 2006 - always just missed a fridge - does anyone know if Speros has put fridges into the rooms?

Come on Agios (San) Stefanos Hoteliers, you do need a fridge in the room, just a small one to chill water etc.

Athina Hotel = Yes - Fridge - NO Kettle and Cups
Thomas Bay Hotel = No - Fridge - - NO Kettle and Cups

Romanza has a fridge it also supplies a kettle and cups.

Teresa has a fridge. Last year the front rooms had kitchen equipment including a kettle. Not sure about this year yet so if any returnees can update us please.

Would be great if the Nafsica had a small fridge someone needs to have a word with Speros wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for one like for safe

Speros is a businessman, why would he give his guests a fridge when he can sell his "ice cold drinks" at his bar.

I totally agree, he should be thinking of installing fridges but from what I have seen from my many years staying at The Nafsika there would be a major rewiring problem due to the shortage of electrical outlets in the rooms.

A kettle for this year is an improvement.

So, Jimbo, take some ice packs with you, I'm not sure where you can freeze them!!

The trouble is that it's short sighted, he won't lose business, but he could then sell 4 packs of large water or single bottles for the fridge, like the Athina Hotel does, at high street prices.
No one goes to the shops now for water, business is very brisk!
It's the little touches that make a Hotel better than the others.
