Looks like most places are working as normal - what is holding up the by-pass Lesley??

Re By-Pass, there are various stories re this mostly 'allegedly' due to money and payments, so in fairness I really dont know someone else may be able to advise? I've seen cars using parts of road and coaches are often parked up there, this end of road towards SS.......  ???
