Hello,

Recent post from San Stef lovers who have just returned and/or who live there have provided some information on what's open and what's not e.g. Little Prince, Sunset etc but I haven't heard anything about:-

Zorba's, Beachcomber, Olympia, Manthos, Bar 38, Princess bar (next to Little Prince), what supermarkets are open and what isn't open and won't be this summer?

Any info much appreciated as we set off on 2nd July.

When we were there in May all you have mentioned were open.

Paradise was shut and I believe will not open this year. Mythica is a sad sight - totally empty with a 'for rent' sign.

All supermarkets open - except for Kathys, with a new one about to open (opposite the bag shop).

I was there in May and Yiannis Grill opposite Mythica was open.

Thanks Yiannis - one of our favourite restaurants!!!  love the lamb on the spit & shrimp souvlaki..........can almost taste it.  Nice atmosphere too!!

Passed Yiannis today and he has a sign advertising his delicious lamb on a spit on saturdays ........

All those mentioned are open. The new supermarket is also now open. A new doctor's surgery is to open in the old Perdita's shop opposite the Little Prince. This should have been open by now but there appear to be some issues with health board inspections and more to be done. Finally, Avliotes by pass looks to be the best bit of road in Corfu but sadly, it's still not open!

The doctor was open there last year. Very jolly man indeed!

P.S there's an new pharmacy in Arillas by the minimarket opposite Amourdada.

Looks like most places are working as normal - what is holding up the by-pass Lesley??

Re By-Pass, there are various stories re this mostly 'allegedly' due to money and payments, so in fairness I really dont know someone else may be able to advise? I've seen cars using parts of road and coaches are often parked up there, this end of road towards SS.......
