Has anyone been to watch the football in Corfu

On our way to San Stefanos tomorrow and have noticed that Corfu are playing Crete at home on Saturday the 29th (15.15 ko). Has anyone been previously?, can you pay on the door to get in?. Is any part of the ground better avoided?.  Does anyone have any advice?

The pitch on the way from Agios (San) Stefanos via Avliotes is normally for the lower league games....... Are they advertising this for the game in Corfu Town which is next almost to the airport perhaps?

Hi Lesley - Yes, at the ground near the Airport it is a Greek Super League fixture.

Lesley:
Not being a footie fan myself but yes Corfu (kerkira) is still in the Premier league, pitch its quite small (by premier standards) its next door almost too the airport
