Hi Gavlah1973.....thanks for the response and the welcome to the forum.  Never stayed at Romanza, always thought it was too far up the hill.  Is it walkable or do you really need a car?   Passed Romanza once on a trip and it does look lovely.

Gavlah1973:
No its well walkable. Would be hard work in heat of the day but fine at night. The views and food are to die for.
We hired a quad for our second week

My mother (78 and not good on her tootsies) has stayed at Anatolia and loves it there waking up in the morning to the excellent sea views on breezy days the sound of the waves lapping on the beach whilst sitting on the balcony reading your holiday book and supping a glass of the local plonk then shower and dress and a quick walk down the slope takes you into the Kamini Bar (the family's bar) very friendly and a great social stop either on the way out for dinner or a nightcap on your way back.

My other family friends have stayed there year after year, so for me an excellent choice.  As others have said basic Greek accommodation offering sea views, a short walk to the beach and in the older part of the village and pool use at Nafsika for lazy days around the pool and lovely local food for evenings too......a good choice......
