Are the images you are trying to upload 5mb or less? Right click on the image and select 'properties' and look at the image size. If the image is larger than 5mb you will need to resize them.

The pic was only a few kb so I don't know why I couldn't upload it. :(

Bee, have you tried:
Select thread
Select Post
Click 'Additional Options'
Click 'Attach'
Then chose the file/pic you need. It should work, and will tell you if your file is too large.
