Imageshack is free, no need to pay for the upgraded versions.

Are the images you are trying to upload 5mb or less? Right click on the image and select 'properties' and look at the image size.  If the image is larger than 5mb you will need to resize them.

Click 'Additional Options'
Click 'Attach'
Then chose the file/pic you need. It should work, and will tell you if your file is too large.

Rover, it looks like Chrome doesn't want to play but I have managed to upload some pics using Opera!  But I need to know how to get the pic on here as I don't understand what to do after I get the img in brackets

No it doesn't
