I have remembered! It was taverna called Mon Amour and there is a you tube video of travelling from Arillas to Kavadades and this taverna - good reviews

Mon Amour is a lovely Greek Restaurant, specialising in BBQ type cooking, we went there again last year and it was great, and a touch authentically rustic.
