Once we also tried Bellissimo (or Bellissima?)  and it was really delicious - we took stifado and sofrito and it was great. The owner was a really nice man and we had a little chit chat about polish football player who played in greek football club at that time. We found his restaurant recommmended in ower guide book and we waren't disappointed!

I was going to post a new topic about Corfu Town, but came across this one and have found some great recommendations, thank you.

In just under 5 weeks we return to Corfu and before we make our way to San Stef we've decided to spend 3 nights in Corfu Town. Therefore we've been looking for some restaurant ideas and so far I'm going for these:

Mouragia:

Bellissimo:

If anyone has any other favourites please let us know.

Thanks all.

Can recommend Bellissimo we always aim to eat there when visiting Corfu town.If you intend to have an evening meal there I would suggest you
don't leave it too late as they do get busy and you can't pre-book a table.

We always have lunch at the Corfu Sailing Club when we bus down from San Stefanos for a few days. It's down the side of the fortress, and you have to pay a few Euros to get in to there as you probably know, but it's well worth it.
