Hiya Folks, Myself and other half have been going to San Stefanos for years but always stayed at the Thomas Bay (Mainly due to the fantastic staff). The Monopoly the travel company has on this hotel is awful though so lookign to stay else where in the resort. Although we are not flamboyant etc (we are quiet as some of you will be aware) we want to be able to stay in a place where we can be comfertable. Anyone got any recomendations for 2014 ?  ??? Cheers,  Chris

Jules:
Hi Chris I know Tereza would be ok for you for a fact. If you need to know more please pm me. I am sure most places would be ok as well

D@G:
We stayed in a apartment without a pool this year, so made use of pools at Perros, Terezas, Vicky and Tsaros.

Any of those would be perfectly suitable and I see no reason why any other hotel or apartments wouldn't be suitable either.

richnsare:
Hi Chris, I'm sure you'd be welcomed at all of the hotels mentioned and can gurantee an 'open arms' welcome at our favorite The Perros. I agree about the travel companies monopoly on some hotels and is the main reason we choose to book independantly. Although with the lack of flight options from brum this year we normally revert back to the usual companies for thier flights. But. at least this way the locals get a better deal. Good luck.

holloga:
Richsnare - same problem for flights from Glasgow - Thomson or Thomas Cook and that's it and extortionate to boot.  This is our first time independent for accommodation and we agree locals should be getting a bigger share.  Hope to continue doing holidays independently in future  as would like to support locals instead of the big companies if we can.  Arriving 19th July.

Bluenosejock - agree with everyone else, can't imagine any accommodation not making you welcome.  Have stayed at Teresa and Rose Garden previously and would highly recommend either.  Staying Anatoli this year, not stayed here before but really looking forward to it.
