Hi gill. Yep we had the hedgehogs each evening, only 2 though.last year it was a family of 4.we also had lots of lizards, and for the first time we had a snake.was a metre long,no joke.and a drink hadent touched my lips.it was around 3pm.also each evening round 12 we had an owl sitting on the wire across the garden, hunting for food and always lots of bats.lots to see if you keep your eyes open.

Gill C:
We also saw a snake and our neighbours did it was sun bathing on the wall as you got passed Maria's shop on way up to apartments, lots of lizards in the opposite bank.Sorry we missed the owl must have gone to bed too early!!! Couldn't get over the size of the toads out side our door little grandchildren loved to look for them evenings.

Tredegar Boy:
Three of us for two weeks and no bites for the first time ever.

Used the plugins 24/7 and the mighty Autan which was recommended to us by the owner of the Margarita's supermarket last year. We normally use the plugins, Jungle Formula and other anti-mozzie stuff but to no affect but this year it was great.  :)

A lot of it is to do with your blood type apparantly. The rarer your blood the less likely you are to get bit.
Jimbo is that correct.

rilo57:
Didn't see any toads, could hear them ok.we was staying at number 4
