We arrive in Corfu at about 8.45pm so will be at Teresa about 10pm as having a minibus for 4 of us. Flying in from Manchester :)

Just checked and we arrive at 12:15, so guessing we'll be at hotel by 2pm. Think a dip in the pool will be high on the agenda! ;)
Downside is got a late flight home, but I'm not even gonna think about that!
