Actually the signs on the beach say that it's an offence to purchase from an unregistered vendor! Be careful - that doughnut could land you in jail.

Just returned from holiday in Roda and guess who we saw walking along beach towards Acharavi - yes the Doughnut Man.  Some poor unfortunate person did actually purchase some of his wares - he doesn't even look clean let alone what he is selling.  He is definitely the same one from San Stefanos

 Saw him twice in San Stefanos last week!!Did they have warning signs on the beach in Roda?

Well if there were any signs we didn't see them.  We did see two people in a group on the beach buy something from him though and when one of the men paid we saw him indicate that he thought he had paid for both portions and registered great surprise when Doughnut Man told the other man he still owed money for his stuff. I'm guessing they won't be buying from him again and just hope they weren't sick afterwards.
