So excited!  Haven't been to Corfu for 12 years now and have just booked 2 weeks in San Stefano (Tsaros Apts) for July next year.  We were regulars in Roda for a few years until the arrival of our daughter - then our holidays kind of changed!

Would love to hear your recommendations for things to do while we are there i.e. watersports, day trips, evening activities etc.  Our daughter will be 12 so what's good for that age group?

Cheers folks!

Welcome to the forum...... you have made a superb choice.

Tsaros Positives

Wonderful owner
Great breakfasts and snacks
Lovely and normally quiet pool
Spacious apartments
Close to beach and older end of the resort

Tsaros Negatives

Only the hill!!!  And its not too bad, very steep but also short!!

When in July are you going?
Whilst there you will see an older couple called Dave and Edie who are resident in Corfu for a chunk of the year. They are often round the pool with their granddaughter Eleni. Similar age to your daughter.

Thanks for taking the time to reply!

We go on 4th July - start of the Scottish school holidays. it would be great if there was someone the same age or thereabouts for our daughter to hang out with!  but there's so much we plan to do, she won't be bored either way!

been looking at the San Stefanos Travel website for ideas!   :)

San Stefanos travel worth googling for trips. The beach is amazing with a lovely sea. You can also use pools at other hotels providing you buy a couple of beers etc. The Athina has a massive pool so you could spend a couple of days there. Deffo be kids about.
Condor for a couple of nights entertainment with the tribute acts
Great Greek dancing at Zorbas and Little Prince

debra:
Hire a quad to get about neighbouring beauty spots!  definitely appeal to 12 year old
