School Holidays

Now I know that in some schools, teachers have to work during some of the holiday period, either in school or from home,
but it's a good package...
But Holiday companies like to use market forces to rip off the parents / Grandparents who have to book in school holiday time,
to give the kids a break - - legal robbery to a degree is my view - but what can you do??
