I do thank you for that most sincerely. It has been a pleasure to join in these forums (fora?) And to share some of our experiences in this lovely place.
This has been something of a sentimental journey for the memsahib and I, being 20 years since we were last here. Sadly we leave on Friday and head for the Norfolk Broads to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary, prior to visiting friends and rellies for the first time in 15 years. Then back to our home in Aotearoa (or New Zealand as she is more widely known). I would love to say, like Arnie "I'll be back", but that is not very likely. We will carry some very happy memories with us.

Looking forward to seeing you both!!

You too Gillie! X :)

Well , as Norfolkites we hope you enjoy the Norfolk Broads ( would recommend the Waters Edge in Bramerton)

Grounded:
We have had many of our best holidays on the Broads and will be heading for Brundall for our anniversary, so we may even get to the Waters Edge, thanks for the recommendation  ;D

Filby broad restaurant is worth a mention if dining by the water is your thing. Had the best NZ wine it has been my pleasure to drink there.
