I know how much that kind of post upsets the local people. They don't deserve that kind of ignorant crap, and they can't defend themselves.

Living as I do in Hull, I can say we have the same phenomenon. Hull regularly gets told it's one of the worst places in the country to live by journalists who parachute in for five minutes on generous expenses and have absolutely no idea. Of course, Hull is not Kensington - but it's surrounded by beautiful countryside - and I promise you, dahlings, the Champagne is SO much cheaper here. And the lobsters. And the crabs. And the meat. And the housing.

Please, everybody, pile on to TripAdvisor and post a message. See if we can hit 100.
