Oh to be somewhere sunny!
« on: November 07, 2014, 01:23:28 AM »
Working outside in the weather of the last few days has been a bit grim. Last summer seems a long way off and next summer's visits even further away.
I know where I would rather be!

Looks like more than "a bit of a storm",the beach has all but disappeared and the sea is nearly lapping round the blue "sentry box". No, I'm quite happy to be in my cosy house at this time of the year.

If you watched the webcam yesterday the beach was quite active for November there were 4 swimmers and some kite flyers then this chappie with one of those motorised hand gliders he was also seen up here later in the village (Avliotes) flying above the houses.....

Cornish coast taken another battering today.
I've come to the conclusion I am definitely a spring/summer rather than an autumn/winter person!
