My favourite tipple is Glayva, is it illegal to bring a bottle wrapped up in my hold baggage?. Had a look in the supermarkets and could not see it.

Its not illegal to bring bottles in your hold luggage.as you only allowed 100ml in your hand luggage thats the only place for it..bottles bought in airport is no problem..think they say 5 litres is max in hold luggage but you will have to watch out your not overweight at checkin...

Hi WINKIE   We have taken drink out , what we do is to put the drink in a plastic bottle, saves weight , space and is safer.

Just remember 1litre of liquid adds 1kg to your luggage weight
