The Money Shop charges for orders less than Ł1,200. As I write, their rate is 1.3671. TravelFX is currently 1.3662.

Because of uncertainty over Greece's potential deal with creditors the Euro rate is fluctuating almost by the hour.

The rate is so uncertain Jimbo. At the mo we are receiving a great deal in comparison to recent years  but who knows where this will run, big decision this week for Greece and the eurozone. The money shop walk in rate today in our town branch is 1.3703 for cash . Never purchased just enquired because id never of given it a second thought without my mate telling me about them. Thought they were a payday cheque cashing thingy or pawn shop !!!  All in all good news for us and the resort too.

I agree - the rate is going up and down like a yo-yo.

So far there is no deal with the creditors. I will make no comment and leave you to decide whether trombonists, hairdressers and bakers, among others, should be allowed to retire on full pension at the age of 50.

Well the trombonists are always blowing their own trumpets, bakers have too much dough and hairdressers should think about taking a haircut ....I wont pass comment either , only to say "are you looking at my hymn sheet? " tough times ahead  methinks for the natives .

Did it?

It looks like it's been steady around the 1.38 mark for the last day or so to me.

It's been up and down like a yo-yo. There were rumours of an agreement on Thursday - but the news has gone downhill since then.

Greece is being crucified. I am burning with rage at the demands of the creditors, and Germany in particular. Too angry to make a reasoned post.
