new villa

Has anyone got any more information on the new villa de la mer?  I've seen it on the Corfu selections web site but can't work out exactly where it is.  Any advice would be appreciated

Villa De La Mer is up the road besides the Juice Bar then past Moros, Tsaros, etc almost before reaching the top you turn into a path on the right and it is here overlooking resort front facing with sea views and out across towards the Diapontian Islands......
