Just checking before we come out to SS, we will probably be hiring a car this year. Is it the check code of the gov.org site we need so the hire company can access our details?

Hi joan, yes it is the site, you will need your driving licence no/national insurance no and your post code to get your code no which lasts for 21 days.
For the last 2 years I've done this and printed off my details and taken them with me, but have never been asked for them.
