According to the BBC we're having "transient weather". I thought all weather was transient?????

In Wales its more transient than here on the east coast!!!

Heavy Rain and storms overnight here - sun trying to break through this morning - however more rain is forecast for several days to come...... Chilly wind too....

We had heavy rain, now we have heavy snow, in the fens, the fields do look lovely though, not good for people travelling..
