Lesley:
Well I have to say there are welcoming sounds above as we hear Jets in the sky coming over the NW part of the island last night and again today either before descending to Corfu airport or flying by as they head further South to the other Ionian Islands knowing summer is just around the corner.
Now all we need is the weather to understand at long last summer is here, well almost.  Out and about today I saw some chaps on bikes and also in the local supermarket a lady from I think Austria.  Lovely to see people out of the 'sunbeds and sun' holidays and no doubt they will enjoy the beautiful Spring Flowers all popping through now wherever you walk or cycle to.........
Weather wise though is still rather dismal grey and damp.......on a positive note they forecast is 21c for this Friday we live in hope too as it will soon be the main season too..........

The sun is out again today - 3 days in a row.......lovely....... 8)
