I suppose we will always be in the situation of not pleasing everyone.
It must make booking more difficult for the owners with guests wanting to book stays starting on different days of the week and there may well be odd 'empty' days.

Hi karen. I'm sorry to see that your flight has been changed to the mo day. It won't be the same when we arrive on the Friday. Ah well, at least we will see you and John. It's a long way off yet. But we can't wait.
