Happy Easter

Wishing everyone whom celebrates Easter this weekend a very Happy Easter weekend, I believe the weather is amazing in UK at the moment.  Here in Greece we celebrate Easter next weekend from Good Friday April 26th through to Easter Monday April 29th, when if the weather stays as it is presently, which is beautiful too, Clear Blue Skies again this morning with mild temps around 20's, we will all be enjoying Spit Roasted Lamb in our gardens on Easter Sunday 28th April.  Happy Easter to All xxx

Hello Lesley. Happy Easter to you and everyone there, next weekend Yes, it's supposed to be 25 degrees today here, it was 24 yesterday,where we live. Does the season start next weekend? Looked at the webcam and the beach looks great

Hello Karen , there are direct flights already from UK into Corfu and there are hire cars around out & about visiting the island.  Over at Vicky's we re-open on May 6th although others will be open prior to this too....... some are already open for Independent guests for Easter & Greek Easter next weekend.

We're very envious! We were in Corfu last Easter and were blessed with lovely sunny weather. We would recommend everyone taking advantage of the availability of the new trend for early season flights ( ie Ryanair) and enjoying a different side of the island. Obviously not everywhere is open for business but the plusses are many - less crowded, the locals find even more time to chat, cooler for sightseeing (especially Corfu old town) and cheap accommodation and car hire. Lastly, the aroma of roast lamb everywhere! Enjoy!
