Turtle nest

The one doing the rounds was a terrapin not a turtle

The top of the nest was vandalised recently but the eggs must still be under the sand. Someone checks everyday and apparently the sand is sinking which is a sign of movement inside the nest

Oh no!Vandalised by what I wonder,human or animal.

Looked at it today - perfectly flat and no sign of damage. Theory has it that they are due to hatch on Monday.

Anybody know if they hatched okay and that some made it to the sea?
