Whilst we're thinking of holidays, can we please spare a thought for the poor people of Greece who have lost their homes in the fires. Be careful disposing of your rubbish, as Lesley has mentioned...

Jimbo:
We witnessed the huge fires in the Kalamata area many years ago. It was like arriving in Hell. Many of those were started deliberately for insurance purposes; let's hope it's not so now.

Corfu has a lot of olive trees, and those are full of oil, so they burn like torches. All the more reasons for extreme care. The sun shining through one broken glass bottle can trigger an almost unstoppable inferno.

hobbes:
BAJ can you tell us all about the PCR test? i.e Where did you have it, how much did it cost , how do you get your results? And most importantly , are they gentle shoving the lolly stick down your gullet?  ;D When Steve had Covid I did the test on him and nearly choked him to death!!
