Exactly this. Especially during these difficult financial times. What a waste!

Same happening in Spain with British Bar onwers - the Spanish have called it Lock and Run as Spanish Landords pressing for rent and British locking down there business and then returning to UK owing thousands of euros - difficult for both sides I suppose ........
