Building next door to Fedra

Hello,

Earlier this year a new building was developed on the land to the side and behind the Fedra. Somebody previously suggested it was going to be apartments or a villa. Does anyone know if its completed and how it looks and what impact if any it's had on Dimi and Hari.

Apparently it is a villa with pool, not yet complete, I believe the land belongs to Dimitris uncle, who runs the Condor. There were members on here, who stayed at Fedra this year, maybe they could give an update.
