Good morning all.

I regularly get updates of properties for sale and dream one day of owning a property in San Stef. Very interested to see one of the Romanza Villas come onto the market last week, details here:

These new villas have always looked appealing since they were completed a couple of years ago and the reviews on Trip Advisor are excellent:

We may need to join forces with like-minded folks though to make this one a reality  :) 8)

I have been fortunate to have had a tour inside one of these villas, they are quite simply stunning, with marvelous panoramic views over the resort and sea. Well designed internally, and beautifully decorated, they do indeed offer the ideal place to spend some quality time. Like many folks, I would need to win the lottery  ;D.
