I think it was expected, I don't know why..how come the balearics have been green listed and not the Greek islands?

I feel so sorry for the business owners in Greece I think many of them aren't planning to open until they are 'Green'.  :-\

Yes had word from Little Prince (Mike) that when more people arrive they would open up, we have cancelled 2 holidays to Little Prince already this year, fingers crossed for better to come.
