Hi
Is it just one form per family this year ?
Ive done one which includes myself and my husband but im sure we did one each last year ?
Also, I received the QR code immediately is this the one we will need to travel or do you still receive it the day before ?
(Im usually a very laid back person !!!)

The Greek plf is one per household and yes you get the qr code straight away now. Print it out, much easier than people faffing looking for different things on their phone. Same with vaccination certificates, print the PDFs from the NHS app. Have a great holiday

You can do 1 per booking for entry into Greece and then for returning from Greece it is 1 per person.
