So it will soon be here! Hope you've all been good, so that you receive some lovely presents!

Just wondering what you all will be doing. I'm sure we will all be conscious of keeping safe, but I hope you all have a  very merry yuletide!
My 92 year old Dad will join us for Christmas lunch, that way I can keep him relatively safe and he'll be ready for home  by 4pm! So I guess John and I will have a quiet evening, with a bottle of wine, in front of the TV!

I think they call it a "cheese and wine" occasion for 12   Okay we may substitute the cheese bit for a few sprouts etc.... Oh and there are masks in your crackers and lft as starters. Covid permitting of course

I've effectively moved in with 85 year old mother to provide full time caring duties whilst working from home (well her home to be fair) but hopefully taking her over to my sisters on Saturday for a long overdue family gathering

I would like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas.   For most of us it probably won't be what we would wish for but we just have to make the most of it and I am grateful that I still have my family and friends around even though I can't see them all yet.  Take care everyone and stay safe
