First Sunbathers of the Season

<< < (5/6) > >>

carl nottingham:
Just another moan They where only on the beds for one and half hours then got changed round the pool only to get on the coach to go home

geordieborn2:
An interesting one on peoples morals and standards and very current I guess. On the face of it to put towels on the beds early morning and then go off all day is just not on for most reasonable people. However, as it turns out or indeed people who wander off for a 2 hour leisurely lunch and leave their gear? Where does it end; remove those towels if you go to the table for a drink, swim or pee?

carl nottingham:
No if your going for a drink or lunch then that's fine read what i put in first moan then read what I put in second if you think what they did is right your as bad as them in my opinion

geordieborn2:

I do try not to judge people Carl, enjoy your holiday.

Jimbo:
There's a bit of a difference between beds you pay for on the beach and beds you don't pay for at a pool, isn't there? Free sunbeds are a courtesy, and I'm with Carl on this one. Tying up a sunbed when they're in short supply and not using it for hours is simply rude and thoughtless. We usually grab a free sunbed at Mistral or Waves, but we always eat or drink there, because that's the deal. If I'm not on the sunbed or in the sea or walking along the beach I'm having a Mythos in Mistral. At places like Nafsika I reckon residents have prior rights to the beds by the pool. Common sense and manners is all it takes.
