Car hire with paper licence

I did have a search on the forum but could not find any previous posts on this subject.

Is it acceptable to use he old green paper UK driving licence to hire a car in San Stefanos?

Thanks for any feedback.

I have done but the last time was 3 years ago with Thanassis. Be aware hire prices have increased and pre- booking is essential.
