Apartments / Hotel next door to Fedra Mare

Does anyone know what the new modern looking building is ?
We noticed it last year from the beach.

We were told its a private villa, if its the one to the left of Fedra.

We are at Fedra now and it is a private villa, nearly finished now and Dimitri says owned by an English guy.

Hi BAJ, I would be interested in staying at Fedra Mare in the future can you give me an idea of prices per night please.
Would the owners be OK if we went up there for a look around when we are in resort in August, we stay right up the other end of the village :-)

Hello Evertonendo, prices vary depending on time of visit and accommodation and I don’t know what next years rates are. You can contact the owners via Facebook messenger or email info@fedramare.gr though.
