Corfu Town

The only previous time we have done a day trip to Corfu Town, we noticed a little land train going from the Spianada. We didn't ride it. (I had learned that day why they tell you NOT to drink the water... )  We are hoping to visit CT again this time-does the land train still run? If so is it worth it?
