Big Yellow hotel

I was wondering what the connection was at first - then I realised - yellow hotel - and the yellow shirt,
must be connected - he wears sunglasses otherwise the sun would burn him up!!
I think he did win - he did buy the hotel - and it may be called "Doncula's Rest" Apartments,

Terri it is up the little road almost opposite Aspa supermarket in an elevated position.

It was going to be the "HQ - Hotel" for a German holiday invasion, but was closed as it never had planning permission.
Seems a bit of a waste and will soon be an eyesore if not sorted out!!
