Now the late great (some say) Andy Stewart lived in Arbroath. Just some useless trivia that may win you a quiz one day. He used to play bowls! Bet you feel better for knowing that!

My old Uncle Vey used to live 5 mins from Dyce Airport - in a stone built house that I always remember was soooooo cold!!

I was born in Ellon to a Peterhead family, hence the blue in homage to the Bluetoon and of course its higher temperature!

I've never heard of it either Sue. My mum & dad live just down the A1 and big bruv skives in Newark (sorry WORKS). They all live in that place that revelled in it's glory as "the most boring town in Britain." gave us ST Maggie and Mr Newton........ lets hear it for Grantham .... zzzzzzz! zzzzzzz!  ::) 8) :o

You not heard of the saying "Lincolnshire Yellow Belly" In the old days Lincolnshire soldiers had yellow fronts on their jackets, that is where it orignated from.

There is another story about sheep and yellow dye  but not too sure if that is true.

I hope that yellow dye on the sheep's back, was not what coloured Don's T-Shirt!!!
