I had to hold a Disciplinary investigation with one of my newly transferred staff yesterday.
He was so childlike and immature, the supposedly straight-forward "LDi" as we call it,
took nearly 3 hours - (but he still got a written warning), when it should have been 30 mins.
How I didn't bite on his wind-up behaviour I shall never know, but I had a headache at the end.
I find that the people who think they are the world's smartest, are usually the most dangerous because they are the most stupid.
It was almost funny, he tried to blame his hammer toe, a birth defect, on company issue Dr. Martins shoes.
He was pulling paid sickies for months at a time, without medical justification, and was never dealt with before he transferred to us.
I always get the awkward ones sent to me!!
Now you know why San Stefanos is a breath of fresh air - the local people are never lazy scammers like that!!

Couldn't get on here for a while, forgot my password and they never sent the activation email for me to reset it !!!! but hey, am back now................

and seeng as i am back on it must be time to say ....................82 sleeps........................!!!!!!!

Ha ha, going for 2 weeks in May this year, normally do a week in may then a week in Sept, did 2 weeks in Sept last year as well....not sure will be able to back a second time tho this year  :(

Oh well, not long to go now.

Have missed reading all this banter on here !!!!!   ;D

Welcome back Sarah just hope the "banter" hasn't degenerated too far. That incorrigible trio JulesT SueLa & TonyCo1 take some controlling. Believe me it has been hard, hard work protecting the literary reputation of this site. Now on a serious note you must be one of the first out there this season. We will be counting on you filling us in on all the changes and most of all the goss! Where are you staying? Wherever, have a great time and spare a though for we poor drudges workin our fingures to the bone while you enjoy the greatest resort on earth. Our day will come!

Welcome back Sarah. Was beginning to think you had left us lol!!!!!!! ;) As Don says you will be one of the first to see the resort opening and in all its glory.

Also welcome back from us as well - I hope the weather is good for you.
Last year we went in the 3rd & 4th weeks of may.
We just missed a lot of rain and mixed weather.
We shall be keeping our fingers crossed for you to get 2 weeks of sun - have a great holiday.
