Yes ~ prefer facts myself rather than gossip ~ but I know what you mean! I tend to hear it, see it, but say nothing! Thats the best way. :-X
Anyway, there's a little movement going on here now after the Easter weekend and people are starting to get ready for the new season and the arrival of you all!
Its been raining for a couple of days and is a bit blustery today although the sun's shining but hopefully we'll get the rain etc out of the way before 1st May. Having said that I got sunburn last week - looked a bit like Rudolph!

Both really. Live here ( been here a few years now ) but also have to work!!

I know what you mean about keeping it to yourself if you live there!!
Not good practice to dump on your doorstep so we won't pressure you to cough up!!
I get lots of fresh gossip from certain contacts, but nothing I would dare to print on a forum,
however - it really is good to hear and gives a real insight into village lives, as long as you are discrete with it!!
Trouble is - you never really know if it's true or opinion - and things also get embellished as it passes along.
I do know that some of what I hear has good foundation though!!
BUT - - how can you pass it on and upset the people in the place we all love!!
Best to be a viewer from afar!! More fun that way - - By the way did you hear about - - - - - - - - - -!!!!
