Euro exchange rate.

Good to see the exchange rate improving.The mid-market rate this morning is hovering around €1.126/£1 (on xe.com) and has been creeping gradually upwards for some days now. Long may it continue. There has been some speculation the rate is due to rise further towards mid summer. We go in 23 days so I am keeping a close eye on the rate, and will buy as soon as I see the rate starts to fall (if it does). Fortunately I still have quite a lot of euros left from last year which I bought at €1.25 (oh for the good old days!)

Sounds like we going at same time, May 8th.

We have been waiting and watching the Euro as well, will hang on as long as possible before changing money i think !!!!

I can't see it shooting up by too much unfortunately - this means a dearer holiday - !!
