2 Bedroom Apartments at the Teresa

Hi, can anyone help?

We're thinking of booking one of the 2 bedroom apartments at the Teresa.We definitely need the 2 bedrooms & self catering is the best option for us.

The feedback on the Teresa is really positive, the only concern we have is that the apartments seem to be on the top floor with no balcony, but do have a terrace at the back of the building.

Is there room to sit out at night? Having a night cap under the stars once the kids are asleep is one of the highlights of our holiday and is something we'd really miss.

Hi Tess as you know already there is no balcony and you would be on the top floor. There is a small terrace outside your apartment at the back but not sure if there is room to sit. There probably is room if you don't mind others on your floor walking past.

Thanks for the information. The Teresa does look great, so I think we may give it a go (if it's not already booked up for the rest of the summer).

Do you know if there is an e-mail address for the owners? I'm not sure I would get much joy out of Portland and wouldn't mind checking a couple of things with the owners direct.

we have stayed in the 2 bed SC at Teresa, they are really nice. There are 3 across the top floor, the steps upto them are a little steep.

Where the steps end, there is one straight ahead and 2 round to the right.
We stayed in the middle one, so, a Jules said the farthest room occupants would have to walk past you to reach theirs, but we didnt find that to be a problem, it usually just led to a few chats !!!

There is a small table and couple of stools outside, andit also has a line for you to dry towels etc. It is not a large sitting area but pleasant enough to sit and chill out.

You also have a table and chairs inside in the kitchen/dining area, which is separate to the 2 bedrooms.

Fantastic place to stay, you will enjoy it.

You've made up our minds that it's the place to stay, now we just need to find out if the apartments are free, although I think we have little chance for this summer.
