I'm also a new visitor to san stefanos!! sooo looking forward to it fly out 2 weeks today!!
and from all your comments it sounds like a fantastic place to go!

You will love the Athina - nice staff - you may fancy a change of food from there - budget for a nice meal out one evening!!!
Great hotel - best pool in the resort - and you get a prize if you can make "Grumpy" smile (he runs the pool bar!!).
We are not staying there - have done twice before - always use the facilities!!
Right on the Beach as well!!

Plenty of loungers around the pool at The Athina. Lovely big pool as well (biggest in resort)
