Bacardi & Coke could be a neat trick!!!!!!!!!!!! And it would bring a whole new meaning to "make mine a double"  ........Alternatively, moving back to the beer before it goes flat it could be DD as in the fabled Double Diamond..........I suppose any drink that would titivate the old taste buds would do!
